New Game mode Idea- Inspired by Hero's of The Storm-Sandbox Mode

As a league player, I am constantly thinking of new champions to play, new builds, and overall new non-meta picks to try out.However, Most of these picks in normal modes end up with people getting** harsh flamings**, and reports. I am here to propose a new game mode, Identical to the normal mode of league of legends, but with an added twist, inspired by a game-mode from the Blizzard game, Hero's of the Storm. T**his game-mode would simply allow you to set your gold,level,minion spawn rate, reset towers, and reset inhibitors, along with adding AI's directly into the game Via a console HUD added to your interface in the game-mode. **This would allow players to try new builds with AI, and allow them to see how much damage, Wave clear, and other things a champion could do without the hassle of loading a custom game, and farming the AI's until reaching full build, this is usually a problem for me, because by the time I have enough gold to buy the full build I wanted, I have ended up pushing minion waves to the inhibitors, and win the game. I have also wanted to know which champions, at full builds with different items, are able to 1v5, or solo baron at lvl 18. This new game-mode would allow players to quickly and easily test out new builds with ease, and without the hassle of going through custom games, or enduring harassment by players who are thinking they are trolling by building off-meta. This has been a idea, And I would appreciate Feedback on the subject. Thank you.
