The New Summoners Rift (A Bug)
I was playing in PBE earlier and i was on the new summoners rift. When i backed to go to the store it wouldnt let me buy anything until i left the store and walked back to base.

Wait, so when you hit B, tele'd back, it wouldn't let you buy until you walked away and came back?
you need to post this on the PBE forums
its a beta so there's got to be a few bugs
