Full Build: game mode

So i've had this idea with all these featured game modes going about. Basically a mode where one starts out at lvl 18 with infinite money, but on a map at the beginning portion of the game. (jungle could be weird to balance)

why? because there are a good deal of weird wonderful builds out there that don't get used because they only work when you have everything, say ap twitch or gnar.

also counterbuilding. you want a game mode to teach people how to counter build? this is your game.

objectives may be a bit skewy. why even the need for farming? or jungling? would you see whole teams roaming at the beginning? how would gameplay be affected if a team can go from full ad/ap to full tank with one trip back to base?

perhaps everyone has infinite money at the very beginning and then has to farm in order to change the build?

needless to say, if you want interesting team comps and play styles, this is the game for you.

I think it'd be better if everyone just got about 15K at the start. This way, it's more than enough to get your full build, but you can't constantly change builds.

Only way you can change your build would be to get aced by the other team (because obviously that means your build may be lacking), or if you pass a certain death cap. And, I think this would be a special Custom or Multiplayer Practice mode, rather than a normal mode.

Most of it is good imo, but if you could start full build, you could have a item comp where you can one v one towers at the beginning and tbh, where is the fun in a 400 armor, 150 ad guy that just tries to get a turret when no one is looking? If there were a couple items banned then sure, go for it, but idk about this.
