Riot, what reason is there for not allowing us to have the custom game types allowed in Custom Games

For the life of me, I can't figure out why Riot won't let us host URF or All for One or any of the other custom game types in Custom Games. I understand the arguments for not maintaining a queue for those gamemodes but it seems really simple to just add a new dropdown box in the custom game creation menu for gametype. All Riot has to do is let us host it and the masses would be quieted. They don't have to worry about banning certain champions like they had to with URF since this type of thing can be maintained by the people hosting the games.

Bugs. The more game modes are available, the more debugging is required to make sure code changes don't break something. Doing a round of bug tests right before releasing a temporary mode is simple compared to having to do a round of bug tests before every commit. Leaving bugs up isn't an option either, since bugs reflect badly on Riot.

When Proving Grounds was custom-only, it ate up the ENTIRETY of customs, and some people played it exclusively.

Those were fun times. I want to do that with URF.
