Every time a player receives a buff or debuff, their allies do as well.
For instance, if 
deceives, all his allies all become cloaked for up to 3.5 seconds.
Shaco losing his buff will cancel it for everyone, or each ally can lose the buff by any normal means.
I can imagine the hilarity from someone yelling "IGNITE SOMETHING HE'S ALMOST DEAD" in chat.
Or a well-timed ult by 
could freeze all his enemies, not just the one he hits.

Ztormchaser1 votesSo you can't get a debuff from an ally that you already have, and I suppose Zed's ult would be on everyone but only apply damage to those zed is currently hitting, effectively meaning his ult does splash damage... without the ability to buff or debuff other players besides that I'd imagine he wouldn't be very good, I'm seeing a lot of support characters.
