About URF mode being official and the rules along with it

I am not sure if something like this has already been suggested so I figured I might try. Every body keeps wanted Ultra Rapid Fire game mode back and I might have a solution since it was so loved. I think it may be a good idea to make it an official game mode with a few rules beforehand. For example, it should be a locked game mode until level 30. This is so the players still understand the real game mechanics before jumping into URF. It doesn't have to be that specific rule; it could be something like you must have won 100 games or something as simple as that. I just figured I would throw this out there.
