New Game Mode Concept

What if Riot made a new game mode like Peripheral Rift, where you could only see in a cone in front of your(and your team's) champ(s) (clones included), and your surroundings would be like the fog of war, you'd still get normal vision coverage of wards, minions, pets?, and towers. Lee Sin is blind, so he'll be perma banned obv, or if you're into playing a pitch black game where you can only see things if you q or e it. I feel like it would be fun to do, and just think of all of the walking into then out of a bush jukes you can make. I strongly believe it would be fun, but disorienting at first.
