Why does Malzahar still build Blackfire Torch?

I might be blind because I don't see a BFT on MalzBot. Rylai, Sorc shoes, RoA, Wooglet's, and Liandries are what I see. There are a few cases where bots build removed items, but that doesn't look like it's happening here.
