idea for a new mode

I have an idea for a new game mode that is something like urf. This mode I think it should be out for april 1rst so lets start In the mode there is no cooldown on any ABUILITY but there is cooldown on summunor spells and items. In champion select the first one gets to ban x3 champions and then everyone picks who they wanna play with. It would be really fun fiora spamming her ultimate all the time soraka healing all time kayle and her ulti Katarina spamming her shunpo Zilean's ultimate and much more.
