Experience from Bots?
At what level do bots (beginner or intermediate) stop giving good exp? Or is the only limitation the time per day?

It depends primarily on your level - After 10 or so beginner get's penalized. You can run intermediate beyond the co-op timer but the reward gets penalized further.
I strongly suggest mixing in pvp if you're grinding it out.
