1v1 Arena

My idea is a 1v1 Arena. Gladiator style. Two champions brawling it out.

Rules would be as follows:

1. Melee champs only ( can include melee champs who use objects to throw)
2. No Items or potions
3. No running from fight (maybe a tether like kalista does with oathsworn) if broken from running away the champion dies.
4. Start at Level 3 to have abilities. (like ARAM)

I think this would be a great idea seeing as many people like to choose the same OP champions over and over. Lets see how good they are without items.

Also can keep rune and mastery pages. Basic Champions.
