New game mode: Double Agent

I have an idea for a new game mode. The details of course could be flexible, it's just the general concept that I am excited about. After minions have spawned, each team votes which member of the opposing team is the double agent. If you're the double agent, you see messages from both teams in the chat box as if people were always typing in all chat. Neither team's minions will attack you, and you can only kill champions from the team you started on. Feel free to give input or changes that you would make.
