More Custom "Custom Games"

I firmly believe that custom games should be more tuned to actual players customization. Basically they need to have more control that just being able to add 10+ friends to a game. They should be able to Pick from the already made custom modes that Riot decides to pull out every now and again. Also give players the ability to modify starting gold and starting levels so that people could try out that SUPER CRAZY LYFE STEAL BUILDS , or that SUPER MEGA INSTAKILL BUILD , from the start of the game. I really feel like this should be a thing and i also think it would be a great thing for those casual players who just want to play a crazy insane game and for those players who are burned out on the rank grind and the constant normal games.
