Possible solutions to ranked trolls WITHOUT needing to ban

Pretty much here's my idea:

We have a "Pre-ranked" mode, just like where you qualify for ranked, except this "pre-ranked" mode is permanent until you have a certain overall win rate %....

For example people under 40% total wins are probably trolling in a large majority of their games and it's not fair to the 50%+ in bronze to have to have 3 people on average in each game with under 40-45%... You have to carry them but not only that, pray they don't feed or troll as soon as the game goes negative for them.

THIS PARAGRAPH SUMMARIZES EVERYTHING FOR YOU TL;DR Pretty much it's like the joking "wood" rank of ranked mode, where the people who have a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller number of reports matching a terrible overall W-L have to play others under the agreed upon W/L% until it is decided they are ready to play ranked without A.trolling B.feeding C.rage quitting Because the truth is a lot of people just get angry and say fuck it because they suck

So all the players in low Elo ranked don't encounter as many trolls and don't have such a difficult and aggravating time climbing ranks.
