Unlock all champions for Aram.

I noticed today that there are a ton of changes for ARAM rolling out on PBE but the one critical change that I really think would be helpful is to unlock all the champions. It's not a big change but it would make all the difference in the world. You have no idea how many times I've played against and with people who have only the preferred ARAM champions on their account eg: Lux, Jayce, Morgana, Xerath, and Nidalee to name a few.

I really think that it would benefit and "freshen up" the mode. I realize that the reroll mechanic partially relies on how many champions you have unlocked to give you more rerolls. I understand that the reroll mechanic is supposed to give incentive to own more than the few and far between that are considered "good" but it doesn't matter if you're consistently getting the upper echelon of champions in 75% of your games. You may by chance roll a free week champion (I'm fairly certain you do roll free weeks not sure though as I can't remember, there are too many champions that I own personally) you use one of your reserved rerolls from all the games you initially rolled good champions to get another good champion at a very high percentage.

And yes I realize that there is a champions owned "limit" of 15 but when you really look at it.. That means what? Owning Kennen and Ezreal?

Please make the change that ARAM desperately needs, I know that a lot of people will thank you for it.
