Moddable Game

Riot should make a new version of league that would be separate from the other league client but which could be modded freely by budding league enthusiasts. It would be the Garry's mod of League of Legends. You could choose which mods to download and I'm sure URF would be brought back by someone and other various game modes would pop up. Even if riot doesn't want to go to the extremes of making a new client and all they could make it so in a custom game you can change things like starting gold, ap, cooldown, ect. All just a good thought.
