Simple team builder suggestion

In lobby mode...can we get an audible tone when teammates ready up for games when teams are filled? Sometimes people alt-tab out of the client while they wait for a full team and then get kicked or take forever to ready up due to not knowing the team was ready to go.

Or people could just pay attention.

I rather kick them out if they don't respond not only because they may alt-tab for not paying attention, but also because there's a chance they have slow internet connection to respond.
