We all know how painful it is to wait in Team Builder for a specific Role to be filled, I propose that after waiting 5 mins, the team leader should be allowed to choose one or two people to change their roles in order to get the game started more quickly.
Say support is the role not wanted and the team leader forces someone into it...what if they aren't good at what role they get put or just don't want to play it...I say it wouldn't work
What ColinDestroyer said. One of the point of team builder is to reduce conflict in champ select. If you allow people to switch roles, now the team captain can threaten people with 'go support or I kick you,' which works against those goals.
Five minutes seems arbitrary. Why have a time minimum on that?
That would not work. If you had players change rolls you would have restart the que search pool. This would put you in hte back of the line so you are not saving time.
