Frame problems with new summoners rift/ rant

Rito, please. my graphics card is so bad that i have to play on the lowest quality of everything, will this summoners rift make it a lot worse or will it improve my frames in game? It's come to a point where every team fight it freezes on a large ultimate. Idk what i just said but I hope this catches someones eye and realizes what a gamebreaker this causes
