All for One

Why can't we choose to que up for All for One on Howling Abyss or Summoner's Rift? I understand the objectives and etc. but some of us really are tired of SR and would rather play on HA. Inb4 custom games, those take forever to get going when I'm online to play. There is nothing wrong with SR just I really don't care for it anymore but would love to play returning gamemodes.
