I do not think it is the final solution for everything, it has his flaws and problems still. But i think it deserves a chance, because looks more solid than actual draft.

see thats the point, im perfectly fine with spending all my time on the role that i find fun and am actually good at. I dont see why i should be forced to learn another role when i'd be better if you got someone for each role who played that role best. and im fine waiting even 15 minutes to find a full team than being forced to do a role other than adc, doing really bad, and having the deuchebags who are in every game yell at me.

obviously you wouldnt pick your champion but you should be able to pick your role

Would cut down on pre-game raging in the lobby, and likely reduce some in-game raging.

As for queue times, I'm willing to wait longer so I can get my preferred role (support) and not deal with nerdlings screaming at each other for top or mid.

Why not join a 5v5 team? Pretty much exactly what you're asking for, it just takes more effort. Would you want Ranked TB to replace Solo/Duo Queue?

On the one hand I'd rather play a completely different game than have to ever ADC, on the other hand I thought the entire point of ranked was to separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Which just means that being forced to play roles you're uncomfortable with makes you a more well rounded player. Besides even normal Team Builder has problems right now with wait times because so few people queue for Support.

I mean look at most high diamond players. They tend to stick to one role and are usually known by other players for maining that role. Making Ranked Team Builder makes nothing but sense and should be implemented, I don't see any reason not to or how hard it could be.

I agree, I want this so bad.

you can already see the issues with team builder with que times. now for the challenger players that can sometimes already be in a 15 min que this team builder would not work. In high diamond/challenger que times would be way too long.

Also, im in silver 2 because i cant get out of it because im forced to do roles im bad at (plus people usually feed). People in silver suck, they make dumb plays, do stupid stuff (and think that baron is a guaranteed win). Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a team, let alone a gold one when your in silver?

You don't need to follow the meta to win. Just play the role you want (always) and watch the chaos happen. It might surprise you.

Defeats the purpose of learning more than 1 role. Also would detract from the base for draft, making it take longer to get a match and matches would be less even.

Only way to get unstuck is to get better. I remember when I thought ELO hell exists, but it doesn't. Just have to grind.

They should do what Dota 2 just did with ranked blind pick:

put a 30 second time period before the champ select begins to allow teams to introduce themselves, coordinate strategy and pick their lanes.

... Team builder for ranked DOES NOT WORK.

Think about it, the normal team builder already has some long queue times for certain roles, the queue times for team builder ranked would be ungodly. That alone is reason enough to not allow it... 30+queue times because no one wants to play that non-carry.
