Why are there bots in normals?????

So I get on League and think hmm im gonna try out the new twisted treeline NORMAL not bots a normal classic treeline and I get in the map looks nice with the new rework....Then theres the loading screen.........EVERYONE has around the same name and the opposing team picked the same exact champs we had.So I get into lane and here come blitzcrank and runs straight under tower and dies to me boom instant triple kill right there then I realized they were all bots as our blitz kept executing himself but the thing I didn't get is how bots can ping and chat whats up with that???I get triples all game but after one triple blitz says Gj so now im really confused and a little freaked out but my point is why are we getting bots in normals?these aren't co-op vs ai I really don't understand.Riot please take these bots off league its just dumb I want to play with real people and have a real challenge not just some stupid bots please don't leave these in Normals other than that twisted treeline and crystal scar look great with the new update!

Because Riot removed the XP/IP gains from custom games, so the botters flooded actual games.

It's not riot, It's people making fake accounts and getting them to level 30 to sell n sheet.

I believe there are several threads on this issue, for some reason though TT is the worst map flooded with bots. I like the rework but refuse to play on that map until they can get rid of the bots. There's at least one if not two in every game and it's really annoying.
