Shop keeper displays versus team themes

The blue team's shop keeper has a Zhonya's and a WOTA, yet their team is themed on warriors; and red team's shop keeper has Infinity Edge, Long Sword, Blade of the Ruined King, yet their team is themed on mages (admitedly there's also a Fiendish Codex, but still). Is it intentional? Does the otter have a sale on all things warrior-y because no-one is buying them? Or was that just an oversight that the curvy/magey team has physical weapons in its store. :P
