Urf mode ever coming back permanent?

I was wondering if URF is coming back to league permanently cause I love that mode and i think it would make me play league a lot more then i already do.

if they try to make urf a permeant mode, i feel like

it would take alot away from matchmaking in normals/teambuilder
balancing champions in that mode seems almost in possible

Since there were only like 7 huge gamebreaking champions in that mode. It would just take a few slight nerfs to them. The other thing is some champions would actually need buffs in the mode... Only 2 that come to mind are Rumble and Yasuo.

Yasuo gets no benefit from the buff, Rumble does, but due to his overheat mechanic he is entirely unusable there.

who needs HARD AND BIG balance for a fun game mode? just things like 50% reduced health costs on skill wich uses hp

some things about rumble and yasuo Q

and then some balance for ryze kassa and well done not too much work

well things are more funner when they are balance, its anti fun to play against a karthus spamming his r from fountain for example. i mean you can ban some of those champion but you can't get them all. if they try patching all those problem with "he/she will now exhuast" then what would be the point of urf anymore, i mean if they did it for 2 champions others are bound to show up on that list and when that happens then the fun of urf will be gone.

hence i don't believe theirs a way to make it balance enough to where it can permanently stay

it´s 80% cdr not 100% cdr there are cooldows... low cooldowns but cooldowns

khartus ulti is 40 sec cd so u just "CANT" spam it as u think

and man... i had fun with every champ at URF mode no matter what i built or if i won or not, just fun

They have said that it will come back, while it might not be permement that time, i am sure eventually it will be, giving how insanely popular it was
