What about a 2 v 2 map?

So this is just a thought that came at a whim so I'm going to try to get it all out, but what if we had a small map, slightly smaller than ARAM in the shape of say slightly oval to where 2 lanes would bend around a center similar to Twisted Treeline where there would be 1 single capture point that would give Misc. bonus's at random and there would be say 4 to 6 jungle camps and 2 of them would be a smaller RED or Blue buff at opposite sides. and 1 regular tower that has increased defense and 2 around the Nexus as usual? Just an initial thought but i think it's a cool concept I mean think about it....if it caught on and eventually became ranked? Ranked DUO or Single ques? Of course this is just an initial A.D.D. thought rant that could use some additional ideas.
