What is the worst(best) Nemesis team you have seen a team give

So Nemesis is fun, and then all of a sudden the enemy gets 4 characters with hard CC and you are like what why? My last game the enemy decided to give us a decent ad carry and 3 characters with a heal. Needless to say we beat their 5 melee champs with no hard cc. So what is the worst Nemesis draft you have encountered, and by worst i mean either you or the enemy was simply stacked
