New Game Mode : Déjà vu

These days i thought about a new game mode that could come to the server that would please a lot the new and the old players, this mode would be the Déjà vu. ( Riot can change the name and everything about this game mode as they want to )

The mode would consist about playing with champions before get "re-worked" or receive nerfs.( Or playing in old patches, that would have the same effect ). For example, who never miss the old Master Yi Ap ? Or the Sion Ap ? Even the old Kassadin ? The full Sunfire cape Twitch and Evellyn ? Or who have never known these champs and would like to see them for the first time ?

The mode would allow you to get older items that has been taken off from the game, like Ionic Spark, Heart of Gold, Force of Nature, etc.

I know all of this has been taken off the game for balancing, or because it didnt fit in the game as they wanted to, but put it in a temporary game mode would hurt anyone.
