Twisted Treeline Champion Mastery

Is there a specific reason why there is no champion mastery on the twisted treeline? Me and my friends spend a decent amount of our games playing ranked 3's and while we can climb the standings, we all wish we could get points for our games. Its not like we aren't learning how to play or get better at the champ but we still cant get our rewards for doing so. I can see why they don't want it for The howling abyss or Crystal Scar because its a completely different game mode and it isn't focused on the same things. Let me know your thoughts on this and if you would like to earn champion mastery points in Twisted Treeline!

Please elaborate on that perspective. If playing as SR-support Morgana, SR-mid Morgana, and (hypothetically) TT-bot Morgana all help players learn how to play as Morgana, how does playing Morgana on the Crystal Scar or Howling Abyss not also help players learn how to play as Morgana? Champ kits don't change from map to map, even if specific numbers might vary a little.
