FPS DROP IN TWISTED TREELINE

I keep getting odd FPS drops in Twisted Treeline when in bot lane. I get this lag when up by the bottom bush and the Fog of war shifts from jungle to just about lane. My FPS drops from 190ish down to 40 then right back up. Any ideas on why this happens? Only happens on the map no other frame drops on any of the other maps at all.
