They should make a game mode "The Rift Lounge" you can pick any champ any 2 spells you want 100% C.D.R. Max level for champions would be 18, gain exp over time, point of this game mode is to just have fun, troll and try things you wouldn't normally try. you can have a private lobby for you and whoever you desire. no minions, no towers except at nexus and inhibitor's Blind pick with no bans. and you rapidly gain gold over time as well.
