IP bonus for doing Teambuilder roles that are NEEDED

Hello, and I've been playing a little bit of team builder here and there, i always seem to have to wait for junglers and supports the most and sometimes up to 10-15 minutes for them. So my idea is to maybe add a 10 ip bonus for completing the match for using that role when you que for teambuilder in SOLO que. To help give more people a incentive to play the roles alot of others dont wish to do in teambuilder so more games can be played in less time. Just a thought, ip bonus could be anything that Riot would agree as not being to much, but to be honest this would help make the community a little better i think, or at least i hope.

Or maybe you could incentivize more people to play those roles if the community didn't frequently bash and mistreat people who are in those roles.

FFXIV has something like this with dungeon roulette, where you get extra gold if you are a "class in need" which is usually a tank or healer. In that game, you get double the gold (9000 rather than the typical 4500), but double IP would probably be too high. Some X% IP bonus for being a "player in need" would be really nice.
