I was just wondering, what is the cooldown on the Mark and Dash spell? 10 sec like in Poro KIng?

Agreed - 60 seconds with the CDR for Dashing would be more appropriate. Otherwise, there's literally no strategy to using the spell, like Flash or Heal.
