Nerf Thornmail and bring it back into Twisted Treeline

Why don't riot just nerf thronmail a little, and release back into TT ? I really miss it, and it's annoying to deal with all thoes ADC's without it, especially if you're playing meele. (They'll kite the S**T out of you!) With everyone (and i mean EVERYONE! both AD's and Ap's) buying BOTRK nowadays, it's also almost impossible to play tank aswell. If the thornmail will never be released, then riot could at the very least nerf BOTRK in TT to make a more balanced gameplay.
