Problem with the party rewards system

So, I am sure everyone who isn't always in a team of 5 has noticed, but the wait for solo players has gotten insane ever since party rewards was added. I'm not saying that I am against party rewards. On the contrary, I love the extra IP. The problem that I have with it is that no one goes into team builder solo anymore. Because of this there is a major lack of being able to find players. The wait times, especially for jungle and support have gone off the charts.

I think the best way to fix that would be an add in that allows teams to find each other, not just solos to join teams. That adds a lot of problems into the system as to how people are accepted into teams and this I understand, But if we are to continue with party rewards then they need to be modified a bit.
