Blast from the Past/Nostalgia Mode

A new mode idea: -Champion skills, stats, and reworks are degraded/moved back to season 2's (i.e. the new Sion rework would be back to the old one unchanged... Garen's Q [@ lvl 1] would have its silence back to 3 seconds... Kennen's base stats are back to his original before changes from s3...). -Items removed are placed back into game. -Jungle Monsters are back to their original base stats and spawn time from s2. -(Optional) Jungle monsters are now all dinosaurs -(Optional) Map changes are back to their original from its previous changes (The brush changes) -(Optional) Champions' splash arts are back to their orignal (like Mordekaiser's for instance) -(Optional) Newer champions post season 3 are not allowed -(Optional) Newer items released in season post 2 are not allowed -(Optional) Item changes post season 2 are not changed

Why should this mode be added/recreationally entertaining for the community.

• It's great for those nostalgic moments like getting Penta-kills with AP Master Yi
• People can notice the drastic changes the game has gone through to improve and balance.
• (Possible) Learning the difference to effectively push lane or to stalemate it due to early ganks (lvl 2 rush) from junglers.
