Reduced healing in ARAM
Does the tooltip need updating? My heals on Alistar were listed at 180 but were only doing 73 out of combat (no Morello's to consider). That's a 60% reduction, not a 20% reduction.

Is that 73 to yourself, or to allies? He only gets the full heal value for himself, but only half to allies. So if you do the math, half of 180 is 90. 20% of 90 is 18, so the resulting heal to allies would be 72. Of that 180, Alistar should be healing himself for 144.
Oh very good I bet that's it. Sounds like I didn't read the ability closely enough. It was 73 to my allies.
