Tribunal Wins

I just saw a board like 3 days ago about Teambuilder Wins not counting to your normal overall wins. I heard Riot Lyte talk about saying that Teambuilder Wins counted as normal wins a while ago and to look at patch notes 4.8 Someone please clarify if it does count or not, because patch notes says it does. Thanks in advance, hope you can spare a minute to write a response. One more thing, I noticed what I wrote in my title, tribunal wins, I mean teambuilder lol
