Summoner's Rift Seasonal Idea

I think'd be pretty cool if there were seasonal or even random adjustments to Summoner's Rift (i.e. snow in the winter, dead stuff in the summer, and rain in the spring). Other games have done it and I like the way it varies the appearance of the game. Another idea is to have a rotating sun or something that changes as time progresses inside the rift. Just a couple ideas that I had that I wanted to share.
