3v3 Solo Queue

Feel like there needs to be a 3v3 solo queue for everyone that plays 3s, cant always get a team together to play 3v3 teams, also feel like this hasn't happened yet because Riot doesn't pay much attention to 3s or care about it that much. Anyone else?

This has been talked about numerous time over the years and we have yet to hear anything on the matter.
