Bots Taken OVERHAND, RIOT !

Dear Readers,

I want to ask you because it's a torment to keep play dominion ! I dont know if anybody is even playing this mode - but actually , he was already dead. And know it's a stronghold of IP farming bots and I'm asking myself: "What I'm supposed to do against that?"

I really do enjoy this playmode - it's anything different as the simple 5v5 mode. But at the moment, I'd rather would cut this mode up as to play it... There are just to many "bots" farming IP for there "owners" - I still dont get the sense of farming IP this way but - It makes the situation even worse.

What are u going to do against it ? - Because you have to do something with that (,Riot!) ! At this moment, I'm playing against 5 Bots with 4 Bots in my Team - actually Im winning, but it is a empty win. I know, in the next dominion match I'll meet every single one again, or just 9 new bots.

As u see in the vid - they acting very specially ( 0:34 for example - staying at point -> correctly at the middle doing nothing ) It's even worse in the low MMR matches ! There just to many of them, to many bots acting like brainless players and stucking somewhere at the map, just moving when there script is telling them to do so.They are no many dominion players out there, and now there are even less dominon "players". And what happens if I just report them - actually : For what should I report them, and will the account get banned ?

I have just to many questions for I want to have an answer for !

_So I would like to see you ending this crap of fighting bots at the Blind-Pick-Domion-Mode! One Option would be, closing this mode at all. This Mode is Dead - in either way since the 4.7 Patch! _

Hope you can follow my lines somehow - And I can just tell u : Dont play the Dominion Mode without High MMR Rate ! "It'll be a loose of time!"

Dom has been left in the dust after the hype died down. I doubt Riot will give Dom the chemo that it needs because they focus on ARAM and SR way more.

First of all, there's bots in all games modes. Dominion and TT are both infested with them. You notice them less in SR and ARAM because the playerbase is much larger, and it's much easier to get out of "bot elo", but they're definitely there.

Second, what makes you think disabling Dominion is going to do anything? Botters won't give up botting, they will just bot in other modes. It will solve absolutely nothing.

They could minimize the effects of bots on actual players by increasing interest in the lesser populated modes... but of course they won't do that because they give no shits about non-SR players and haven't for years.

If Riot were to actually ban the bots that are incredibly obvious, I might actually be able to play Dominion again. But removal isn't the answer - the answer is enforcing the TOS that don't allow botting. Or scripting. Or account sharing.

It's purely elo-based, and even then it's much smaller than people make it out to be. With a mere 6 TT wins, I can still easily queue with no bots. With my Dominion elo, I can bring in 4 sub-30 friends with 0 games played, and still get our group elo far above where bots appear. It's a problem I never had to deal with because I seeded my elo in all modes before customs IP/XP was removed and the bots flooded the normal queues. Riot may not be helping, but you can help yourselves. Just farm some wins off the bots and get above their elo.

People are being overly dramatic. Sure, it's bad that there are bots, but if you can just tryhard a few games in order to get out of bot MMR, why not do it?

Riot should sell level 30 accounts to put the botters out of business or make a throwaway map for them to farm on.

I was curious and wanted to test how bad it really was. I played a game and was the only 'human' on both teams. All the bots seem to have a similar naming convention of either: one three-letter word and one four-letter word or two random words stuck together. They also will always take Barrier and Heal for Summoner Spells.

Played another game and was against two humans.

Played a third game. Had two human teammates. Neither had played the mode before, but seemed interested in the game. The three of us were the only 'humans' in the game.

I used to like this mode. It was fun and a good way to kill time. Now, it's just sad to see how far it's come...

No but this really is a problem, and something Riot needs to work on right now so that The Crystal Scar will be more than "The Hide and Seek map".

I literally just played a game where only 2 other players were actual people. A few hours ago, my friends made a 5-man for Dominion and played against 4 bots and 1 human.

This is pathetic. No wonder no one plays Dominion anymore. It isn't because the game mode isn't fun, but because there are so many fuckin bots that you don't even actually play Dominion; you just see who can kill the bots the fastest and push the enemy into their base.

It's sad because I've seen bots in Co-Op, ARAM, and TT. Like seriously, do they have to start abusing bots in normal blinds on Summoner's Rift before Riot adequately responds to this?
