It just means the system doesnt think you are ready to Advance, maybe you have more things to learn from that rank.
It means you are above the rank you shoudl be an is trying to take you to the level you shoudl deserve
Well, my MMR was higher than where I was, i just couldnt stop losing for a while. And I saw it drop like bomb, it was close to 1200 before now its just... sad.
