Are we going to be able to change our health bar color with out going on color blind?

i agree, but only for your character. if you choose diff colors for everyone then it gets confusing af >A< so you get to choose your color and everyone else on your screen is either green or red. this limits confusion.

I mean only for you to see what color for example you choose pink put your team stills sees you as blue but you can see it as pink

Yes, They should definitely add that feature I like Colour Blind mode but i think it would be better to have something that JUST changes your health bar and not all that other stuff like red turrets on the minimap but when you walk up to 1 its blue or purple. Plus I want my health bar to be Draven colour :/

I think this would be an unnecessary feature, as it does nothing to improve gameplay or enrich the experience. Nice cosmetics aside, I'd rather them spend their time doing something actually important.

Coming from an ADC main i really think this is very use full because when i play champs like draven i need to pay attention to where my axes land but also keep my positioning at max attack range and i can sometimes get confused because i cant tell all the time where my health bar is.

Then play Colorblind mode. It should increase visibility for things like that.
