Ranked 3v3s Needs to be touched.

I understand that riots main focus is Summoners Rift. But, some people don't have the time for a summoners rift / friends to have a 5 man ranked team. Also alot of people enjoy 3v3s. I personally do. I'm not exactly a good player at it or on a good team. We're Gold 3v3. Getting matched with platinums / high gold teams which we win against. But, what I've been noticing after being on gold promos over 5 times is that the teams were going up against are diamond 1 teams that just make a team win all 5 matches and instantly disband it if it doesn't get diamond. This is getting real old because there's no way that any of us are ready to go up against Diamond 1 teams and we aren't learning anything from it. It's normally toxic cocky players and makes 3v3 not enjoyable at all. There have been multiple posts of bronze teams and silver teams getting matched again platinum and diamonds. I don't understand why riot can't get together a team of people to fix 3v3 ranked because at this point it's impossible to climb without getting matched with high elo players.
