Please create a "Top Pick Banned Mode" for norms!

I often want to play norms to play some older lesser played or never played champs for that matter. Unfortunately these champs are almost always 3rd or 4th tier champs that don't stand up to todays top tier champs. I wish there was a mode that was for blind pick that AUTO-banned the top 20 most played/banned champs. Don't say that's what normal draft is for. You can only ban 6 champs and you usually end up playing the same games with the same champs anyway. It would be nice to have a fun mode that only included the massive amount of unplayed champs.
