TeamBuilder, Champion Select Terrorists, and Surrendering.

Team Builder rewards patience extremely well and I enjoy the fact that if i just wait a little longer, I'll be able to play what I want, when I want.

However, as someone who likes synergy with the team, I typically cycle through lobbys looking for a room I like, it doesn't really have to be this way as instead of locking in a champion, the Lobby would allow you to que for a role, then pick a champion much the same as blind pick.

Top-Jungle-Middle-Bottom-Bottom Support

Why this change appeals to me, say I que into teambuilder but I'm playing Garen top, however as I get into the lobby, I see a Zed and I kind of want to play Akali now to do AP top, AD mid.

Champion Select also needs an majority kick vote that allows 3/5 of the team to vote kick a player for trolling and penalize them two minutes until they can que blind pick.

Alternatively, changing Blind Pick to a Top "blind" mid "blind" bottom marksman/supp "blind", saying that you wish to top lane but haven't decided on a champion.

However, if you get a person say using energy champions but has clarity, your team should be able to veto having to play with this type of player.

I would also like the option of playing with players that prefer not to surrender at the first sign of defeat, and have more overall confident players to play with that don't resort to rage and name calling to distinguish why they themselves shouldn't be flamed as they are establishing themselves as the "carry".

When a Veto to a player in champion select could be carried out, it could just fill the room with a random new blind pick player instead of disbanding the lobby and reset the timer.

say Kennen locks in Clairvoyance/Clarity

Vineh: intiated vote kick on Kennen - checkbox, "unorthodox playstyle" and if 2 other people agree that they would prefer some orthodox play then Kennen is removed at a time penalty or none at all depending on the nature of the troll and how it was intercepted by at least 3 members of the group
