New Game mode idea (Statinsane)

Idea source: So when i was a little kid i used to watch my brother play World of Warcraft a lot. After some time i started playing it as well. I wasn't that good at the game, but i always imagined doing godly damages and having a lot of HP. I was power thirsty. And now when i think about it, wouldn't it be Awesome to have a Game mode like this?! :

The idea is to buy stats, i know... you do get stats for buying items.. but i mean directly buying STATS! Explanation example

2 gold = 1 Attack damage 1 gold = 7 HP 2 gold = 1 AP 5 gold = 1 Armor 3 gold = 1 Armor penetration Just imagine a Lee sin with 1500 attack damage, attacking a Sion with 21000 health... And just imagine the fight! Stats like Movement Speed, Armor penetration etc. should have a limitation (movement speed 500 cap for example).

You can buy Passives as well, like homeguards, DFG, BOTRK passives... BUT for a ton of money! Example:

Homeguards = 750 gold DFG = 1700 gold BOTRK = 1600 gold
