Summoner's Rift New Jungle

So I have been playing as jungle lately and I notice that the blue buff doesn't give level 2 unless u kill the whole camp while before it was the golem then 1 of the lower so is this suppose to happen? Also I have been thinking that bringing back the old jungle and old jungling items and monsters might be best as its kinda harder for many junglers to jungle so what I mean is the jungle should go back or be a bit more updated as we were told that tank junglers should be able to jungle a little better but I have trouble thinking that as its harder if anyone agrees that the jungle is a bit harder or is harder then please comment. Here are some champions that I seem to have problem jungling with now:Zac Shaco Aatrox The last one is my brother even then he had a really hard time jungling with him.

Jungle is harder, here's a tip, Start at Golems or Frog, Frog for Clear speed, Golems for Survivability, then clear Wolves or Chickens, whichever is closest to the buff you intend to take first, clear your first buff, if after that buff is done you still have around 40-50% health clear the camp of Wolves or Chickens you didn't clear, then back get your second tier item then return to the jungle to full clear, once you have your second tier item you should have no problems clearing anymore and you can look for ganks.
