Flash mode (Summoner's rift)

Apparently I had this crazy but somehow funny idea that you could have flash cooldown for 2 seconds on Summoner's Rift so that there will be flashing everywhere. (Note: Does not work on other summoner spells.) They can bring one other summoner spell but it will be on normal cooldown. This is just a fun mode for the crazy flash juke plays you can never have before, otherwise Kassadin will be OP again.

Think about it for a second.. flash I mean, 2 seconds... flash I mean... Oh well gotta keep flashing.

Rito should make a custom map builder tool like many other games have, and the community can just make it on their own. I'm sure the players could come up with a couple game modes that would become core to LoL. Hell, where do you think Dota came from, and by extension LoL?
