A 1v1 Mystery gift gamemode

I would like to see a game mode where people could "gamble" per-say for skins. You could offer to buy a mystery skin for a random player and perhaps make their day. Or you could agree on a skin before the game, with a list of skins that each other doesn't have. But they would have to both agree on the skin choice. And perhaps you could change the skins to be bought with ip just for this game mode, just in case people play a lot, but don't necessarily have money to throw around like that. My friends and I have been betting against each other for awhile. All in good fun, and it always ends up in a laugh between us. And then whoever wins doesn't have to, but for the most part buys the loser/losers a skin so there isn't any arguments of any sort.

I would love to hear your opinion on this sort of thing.
