Not really sure where to post this suggestion but, Gonna post it here cause yolo. ANYWAYS I think Riot should make an ARAM ranked queue, Theres a Twisted Treeline queue, And pretty sure ARAM is more popular than Twisted Treeline. Just my thoughts for people who play league of legends just for ARAM games. Thoughts?
Just...no. I love ARAM and even play it more than 5s nowadays. However, it's because the mode is fun. There is definitely a level of skill involved specific to this mode, but most matches are determined before the game starts as long as the general skill level of both sides is somewhat comparable. There's just too much chance involved to be able to compare players in skill at a competitive level. You would likely have to play 50-200+ matches in the ranked mode before knowing roughly where you belong due to all that chance.
Also, if that happened then fewer people would be in the non-competitive ARAM, making makes matchmaking take even longer or be even more lobsided skill-wise.
Yes, please. There is definitely a method to the madness, and yes, part of that depends on keeping bad champs out of your inventory, but as someone that's won 5600 RP from a daily ARAM tournament so far, there are dos and don'ts in terms of succeeding at it.
A tad off topic, but I bet Billdow is gonna C&P spam obnoxious soapbox ideal Ranked ARAM shpeal (you can find it in any recent thread about ranked aram)
ARAM ranked with three bans per side and you have to have a pool of at least half the champs.
I'd say ban Sona, Yi, Rammus.
